• Provide clear, accurate information about our personal development programs
• Support qualified individuals through the onboarding process
• Manage your own workflow and daily priorities
• Participate in social media outreach and lead‑generation activities
• Collaborate with a remote, global team of independent professionals
• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a growth‑oriented mindset
• No cold calling or pressure‑based selling
Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, customer service, leadership, coaching, education, consulting, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑directed and comfortable working independently
• Organized with effective time‑management abilities
• Positive mindset and genuine interest in personal development
• Coachable and open to ongoing learning
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, Zoom, social media)
• No prior experience with our programs required — structured training provided
