Senior Claims Examiner - General Liability - FULLY REMOTE
A leading P&C carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Examiner - General Liability. In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for handling mid to complex commercial general liability claims including premise liability, product liability, auto liability and construction accident claims. You will manage claims through all stages of the process including litigation and coverage. Key/Skills Experience Required: • 4+ years complex general liability claims experience (gained at an insurance carrier) • Direct experience handling complex CGL losses above $50,000 through to large loss limits • Strong experience within CGL, premise liability, slip & falls, construction accidents and wide ranging bodily injury • Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential (including writing own coverage letters/RORs) • Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability • Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states This role can be fully remote from multiple states (Central States only) with a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 plus package.
