Your Mission As Senior Charging Experience Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating unforgettable, seamless journeys for EV drivers. You will be the voice of the EV drivers — shaping every touchpoint of the customer journey, from digital interfaces to on-site experiences. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that turn insights into action, ensuring every IONITY charging session is smooth, intuitive, and distinctly premium. Key Responsibilities: Design the Digital Journey Take the lead in mapping the end-to-end digital customer experience – and reimagine itIdentify key engagement moments to convert EV drivers into loyal IONITY usersInitiate and manage programs for enhanced digital customer experience and take responsibility for tracking outcomes of initiativesDevelop customer personas and journey maps to guide product and service design, and turn insights into action Champion customer-centric thinking across teams and platformsElevate the On-Site Experience Define and refine the physical charging experience at our stationsLead the way to a long-term site strategy as cornerstones for IONITY’s future network developmentCreate a modular site design playbook to guide future developmentsCollaborate with partners and lead cross-functional teams to pilot innovative amenities (e.g., lounges, signage, food & beverage)Champion consistency and comfort across all IONITY locationsTurn Insights into Impact Build and manage feedback loops via app, website, and community channelsLead customer research initiatives — from surveys to interviewsPresent actionable insights to leadership and influence strategic decisionsMake sure the customer voice is heard in every product and service conversationYour profile5+ years in the EV charging or mobility space, ideally with CPO/MSP experienceA proven track record in customer experience strategy and implementationStrong analytical and research skills — you know how to turn data into directionAgile mindset with experience leading cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and project management skillsEntrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sustainability and innovationOur MissionThere should be no borders when it comes to electric travel.
