This is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading captures from pursuit through award, building capture teams, developing win strategies, and forging relationships that drive GoldenTech s next phase of growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead capture efforts for complex federal opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies, with a focus on programs exceeding $20M in valueLeverage our 8(a) status along with our Tribal and ANC joint ventures to capture relevant opportunitiesDevelop and execute capture strategies, win themes, solution approaches, teaming, and pricing strategies in coordination with SMEs and proposal staffIdentify and qualify new opportunities in coordination with BD and executive leadership; maintain a prioritized pipeline of qualified pursuitsManage capture lifecycle from pre-RFI through RFP and award, including market research, customer engagement, solutioning, and proposal supportBuild and lead cross-functional capture teams across technical, contracts, pricing, and operations stakeholdersDevelop compliant and competitive teaming strategies for small business set-asidesSupport development of proposal content, gate reviews, and executive presentationsEngage with senior government customers, primes, and subcontractors to deepen relationships and position GoldenTech as a preferred providerContribute to the overall growth strategy and thought leadership within GoldenTech s business development teamBasic Qualifications8+ years of experience in federal capture management, business development, or growth strategy rolesDemonstrated experience leading and winning competitive DoD or civilian agency contracts worth $20M+Strong understanding of federal procurement, including 8(a), HUBZone, small business set-asides, and ANC/Tribal partnershipsExperience managing or supporting full lifecycle capture including technical solutioning, price-to-win, and teamingExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in CRM and pipeline management toolsBachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); equivalent experience consideredPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting or winning contracts with DoD components such as Army, Navy, Air Force, DHA, or COCOMsFamiliarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQ/Task Order vehicles, and GWACsActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain oneMaster s degree in Business or related fieldVeteran or prior service experience a strong plusInterested?We re looking for strategic thinkers, strong communicators, and team leaders who are passionate about driving federal growth.
