Develop and optimize order matching, risk management, and market data processing systems. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and low latency. Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation for robust deployment. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in trading systems. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in developing trading engines or low-latency trading systems. Strong programming skills, preferably in C++ or .Net. Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of networking, multithreading, and concurrency. Familiarity with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and order management systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles.
