Prepare user stories and gather requirements from business units for system development
Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to guide system implementation decisions
Coordinate and connect computer systems across the organization for improved information sharing
Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles and objectives
Expand or modify existing systems to enhance workflows and serve new purposes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis
Proficiency in REST APIs, Jira, Confluence, and Service Now
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
Experience in interviewing or surveying workers to assess information processing needs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Generative AI and AWS technologies
Experience in new product development with emerging technologies
