Lead and drive the development and implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system within Natera, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency in supporting our business operations.

Serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud, including configuration, integration, and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Oracle Fusion Cloud system.

Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that align with Natera's goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the adoption and ongoing use of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system.

Provide training and support to end-users on the Oracle Fusion Cloud system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Fusion Cloud and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth integration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system with other systems and applications.
