Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between operations and IT to improve provider systems.

• Formulate and define systems and objectives based on user needs and business requirements.

• Monitor and measure performance metrics to assess IT resource performance.

• Optimize performance through process improvement activities.

• Deliver and support innovative automation solutions for operational efficiency.

• Work on complex projects and maintain industry-leading software.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics, systems testing, product support, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Professional experience with ad-hoc query tools and data repositories for data extraction and manipulation.

• 1+ years of problem analysis and process experience.
,
• Experience working directly with technical developers and end users.
,
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.

• Must meet Humana's Work At Home Connectivity policy.
