Senior Business Manager - Consumer and Industrial
Overview:
The Sales Manager is the commercial leader responsible for driving growth across a designated cluster or sub-division, through the leadership of a commercial team. The Sales Manager’s focus is on leading, coaching, and enabling their team to grow and meet or exceed their budget. They are accountable for the commercial success of their area, including revenue performance, customer acquisition, share of wallet growth, and strategic execution. Through goal setting, structured coaching, and consistent use of Element’s commercial excellence tools, the Sales Manager ensures that the team is aligned, focused, and equipped to achieve high performance across their cluster or market area.

Skills / Qualifications:
