Requirements
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations.

Experience analyzing data to solve a variety of business problems and create data visualizations.

Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data.

Proficiency in HEDIS measures, Medicaid programs, and healthcare quality improvement.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience with a focus on healthcare and HEDIS reporting.

Proven experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
