Our mission as category tech team is to create innovative solutions to meet specialized needs of everyday essentials categories to delight our customers & Selling partners. We simplify product discovery, personalize purchase experiences, enable complaint access to Regulated products selection, optimize category operations and enhance vendor tooling across all EE categories. As part of this team, we would be working closely for customers across Pets, Beauty, baby, household goods, health and other every day essentials categories. Right now team is working on a confidential project to unlock a new selection to Amazon business (a rare and unique opportunity). There are challenges across all aspects of customer journey dealing with a regulated product as they need to abide by special regulations.We are the category Tech Team - a group of engineers, product managers and designers focused on helping customers discover and purchase the right products. Our customers care for their needs, and Amazon cares too.
