About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Operational Solutions/Operational Excellence group as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. This role will be predominantly focused on supporting the expansion of Digital and Intelligent Automation capabilities. We’re looking for a transformation lead with a sound background in digital and intelligent automation, proven experience in Agile delivery, and a track record of acting as an internal consultant to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities
β€’ Define and execute the product roadmap, including feature development, enhancements, and integrations that exceed customer expectations
β€’ Lead/ support operational and support functions across multiple business groups, contributing to enterprise-level strategic initiatives
β€’ Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept through launch, covering planning, development, testing, and release
β€’ Ensure operational excellence by driving efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and robust pipeline management
β€’ Conduct research and analysis on complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, leveraging a strong understanding of organizational strategy and global business execution
β€’ Act as an internal consultant, independently providing recommendations and leadership to support functions
β€’ Support planning and execution of programs focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience
β€’ Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures that align with business goals
β€’ Provide cross-functional leadership, managing relationships and driving implementation of programs, services, and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders

Requirements
β€’ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice-to-haves
β€’ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed program structure, with expertise in Low Code/No Code development, data analysis, intelligent automation, workflow and case management, and OCR technologies
β€’ Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including eliciting requirements, writing user stories, documenting processes, and creating test cases
β€’ Proven ability to deliver iterative features and MVPs aligned with evolving business needs
β€’ Experience in designing and reporting Operational Scorecard metrics to diverse stakeholder groups
β€’ Skilled in facilitating workshops and design sessions, gathering requirements from Line of Business SMEs and senior leadership to drive business outcomes
β€’ Sound collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement
β€’ Experience coordinating functional and user acceptance testing with data partners and business users
β€’ Solid understanding of operational processes in financial services, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
β€’ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
β€’ Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
β€’ Proven ability to act as a liaison between development teams, data analysts, Commercial Banking Operations managers, and senior executives
β€’ Certifications such as CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile are a strong advantage
β€’ Hands-on experience with platforms like MS Dynamics, Xceptor, PowerApps, Alteryx, etc. is highly desirable
