Job details: Role: Senior Business Automation Architect Remote Duration: 6 to 12 months Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Automation Architect with expertise in enterprise IT solutions, middleware, and business automation technologies . The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of BPM/BRMS platforms, optimization engines, and middleware integration with strong consulting, presales, and leadership skills. This role bridges technical architecture, client advisory, solution delivery, and team mentorship across global industries. Key Responsibilities Design and implement business automation architectures around BPM, BRMS, and decisioning systems. Act as Solution Architect for IBM BAMOE and Red Hat PAM, supporting presales and consulting engagements. Deliver technical presales support , including scoping, proposals, demos, and Proofs of Concept. Build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership. Lead teams of consultants through full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to delivery and optimization. Architect, implement, and integrate Red Hat JBoss middleware solutions to meet customer requirements. Produce technical documentation, best practices, developer guides, and operational runbooks. Collaborate with engineering and product teams at IBM and Red Hat to provide field feedback and shape product roadmaps. Mentor and train customers and internal teams on business automation tools including RHPAM, RHDM, OptaPlanner, and JBoss EAP. Support customers with technical issues, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and bug resolution. Deliver workshops, white papers, and webinars, and represent the organization at conferences and industry events . Apply DevOps methodologies for deploying middleware on Openshift/Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines. Drive continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, reducing delivery risk and ensuring customer success.
