Senior Business Analyst/Proxy Product Owner

Our solutions deliver value across diverse industries, including automotive, telecommunications, aviation, advertising, gaming, banking, real estate, healthcare, and others. We are seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to join an internal company project. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our Data Platform, enhancing data quality, and driving strategic initiatives through effective requirement gathering, in-depth problem analysis, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This position combines classic business analysis with hands-on work involving data, dashboards, and analytical tools. Job Description:Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectivesWork closely with product owners, development teams, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirementsAnalyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutionsCreate detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designsCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needsContribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI or TableauCreate report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when neededConduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutionsQualifications:4–5 years of professional experience as a Business AnalystPractical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, preferably Tableau)Experience in building and presenting dashboardsStrong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially ScrumUpper-Intermediate level of English
