This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of credit unions and can translate business goals into effective, member focused technology solutions.
Responsibilities
⢠Lead and mentor Business Analysts, supporting clarity, alignment, and delivery across initiatives.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
⢠Translate business needs into functional solutions that support digital banking, payments, and operational efficiency.
⢠Support project planning, analysis, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
⢠Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
⢠Maintain strong knowledge of digital banking systems and emerging payment technologies.
Requirements
⢠8â10 years of Business Analysis experience, including experience in a credit union or financial services environment (required).
⢠Postâsecondary degree or Business Analysis certification.
⢠Experience leading analysis on complex, crossâfunctional initiatives.
⢠Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and data analysis.
⢠Excellent communication and stakeholderâengagement skills.
⢠Ability to work independently, solve problems, and guide others.
⢠Advanced technical and digital literacy.
⢠Note: This is a remote position however the successful candidate must reside in Manitoba.
