TheRole:Senior Brand Strategist As aSenior Brand Strategist at bolthires, you will be responsible for: • Building, orchestrating, and exporting the vision, story, and value of the bolthires brand (and all sub-brands) • Collaborating across the company to align marketing, business, product, and experience to reinforce the equity we intend to build with our audiences • Being the primary advocate for our three audiences - Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants - ensuring that strategies are designed with them in mind • Owning and reporting on Brand Goals • Building Audience Brand Architectures, narratives, and naming conventions to be applied across a range of existing and emerging initiatives • Working hand in hand with creative teams to inspire remarkable workKey Responsibilities Brand Vision and Storytelling • Develop a deep understanding of the bolthires brand, its values, and its mission • Build a compelling brand vision and story that resonates with our audiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Audience Advocacy • Develop a deep understanding of our three audiences - Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants • Ensure that brand strategies are designed with their needs and interests in mind • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audience-centricity across all initiatives Brand Architecture and Governance • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand architecture that includes brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity • Establish and maintain brand governance processes to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant brand strategy experience brand-side or within creative agencies • Proven success crafting best-in-class brand positionings and messaging frameworks • Experience crafting and implementing brand systems and architectures • A desire to collaborate with Marketing teams and Product teams alike • A deep passion for research, and fluency in brand measurement Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing qualitative and quantitative studies • A track record of partnering with creative teams and/or creative agencies to develop truly remarkable creative ideas • Fluency in systems and frameworks, as well as ideas and storytelling Skills and Competencies • Strategic thinking and problem-solving • Collaboration and communication • Brand storytelling and narrative development • Brand architecture and governance • Research and analysis • Project management and organizationCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At bolthires, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.As aSenior Brand Strategist, you'll have opportunities to: • Develop new skills and expertise in brand strategy and storytelling • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results • Contribute to the development of our brand vision and strategy • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Work Environment and Company Culture At bolthires, we're proud of our company culture and work environment.
