Senior Brand Designer Needed for Elevated Children's Celebration Brand
Overview:
We're building a premium, modern children's celebration brand focused on beautifully curated party kits for parents who value design.
We are looking for a senior-level brand designer to help translate an already-developed strategic foundation into a refined, scalable visual identity system.
This is not a logo-only project. We're looking for someone who understands brand worlds.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of professional brand design experience (agency or in-house at a consumer brand preference)
- Portfolio includes lifestyle, children / family, or premium consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience creating full visual identity systems
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and translating strategy into visual direction
Deliverables:
- Logo system (primary logo, secondary logo variations, brand marks)
- Color architecture (primary and secondary color palette with usage guidance)
- Typography system (headline, subhead, body & utility fonts + hierarchy and pairing guidelines)
- Verbal tone alignment (core voice attributes, emotional tone guardrails, do's & don'ts) **foundational positioning already established
- Illustration direction (style guidance and examples)
- Photography direction (mood, lighting, composition guidance)
- 1-2 supporting patterns or graphic elements
- 3-5 key application mockups (e.g. web, social, packaging)
- 3-5 editable social templates
