You will enhance the promotion of Amgen's products and communicate critical messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients:Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plansEvaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with managerPartner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilitiesEngage with peers and District Promotion Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledgeDemonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operateFollow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashionReport customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-dateDemonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needsOperate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customersContinuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own developmentWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
