We're partnering with a prestigious Top 100 AmLaw Firm for a seasoned Senior Billing Coordinator to join their legal finance team. This role will lead the billing cycle from invoice preparation through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client guidelines, and timely follow-up. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of legal billing, hands-on experience with Aderant, and can confidently manage complex billing issues while mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare, review, and submit client invoices in Aderant.
ā¢ Handle e-billing submissions and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines (LEDES, UTBMS).
ā¢ Partner with attorneys and legal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
ā¢ Respond to complex billing inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
ā¢ Train junior billing team members and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm setting.
ā¢ Advanced proficiency with Aderant and common e-billing platforms.
