You will be: designing, developing, and maintaining analytics tools, ensuring best practices, optimizing query performance and collaborating with data engineers to ensure efficient data structuring and ingestion. building and optimizing dashboards in Tableau, ensuring seamless integration with all of data sources, developing interactive, self-serve reporting solutions to empower business users, while ensuring consistency in branding and storytelling, working closely with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions and mentoring a junior data visualization engineer, understanding requirements and being able to translate them to technical requirements on their own and working on it, creating documentation and training materials to drive PowerBI and Tableau adoption across the organization. Your profile: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role, proven experience with Tableau, strong, hands-on SQL experience, excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain data insights to non-technical audiences, passion for best practices in enterprise analytics, very good command of English (min. C1). Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. Candidates must have an active VAT status in the EU VIES registry: Nice to have: proficiency with GCP services.
