We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack. Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do. We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback. We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.While we are global and remote friendly, we also operate from vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo, where we have hybrid roles, our team goes to the office at least twice a week. To accommodate the various timezones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.Your opportunity:Establish agile communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.You will be accountable regarding your prospects pipeline and ensure you meet or outperform your lead qualification quota.Proactively research target companies, identify and reach out to key influencers and prepare summaries before and after calls in order to develop business opportunities.Discuss the value of our offering through email, LinkedIn, videoconference, and/or other social mediums.Set up and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions with the account executives for those leads that you qualify.Work with the Sales team to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in your market vertical.Track all relevant qualification and prospect management activity in our CRM system.Establish and collaborate with the Sales team in order to create a cold prospecting and lead-generation strategy.Become a domain expert in Fintech and Open Banking in Latin AmericaThis position can result in substantial growth opportunities in sales and customer success at Belvo.This position may be for you if:Experience as BDR for SaaS/Data/Payments company for at least 2 yearsStrong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skillsAbility to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationshipsHorsepower to understand, elaborate and explain detailed and complex ideas in a clear and intelligent wayYou are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments.
