Accountabilities • Design, architect, and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems to support seamless integration with blockchain networks. • Develop and maintain services enabling smart contract interaction and efficient communication between application layers and blockchain protocols. • Build and optimize data pipelines for ingesting and processing blockchain data to deliver real-time insights and analytics. • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to shape features and deliver world-class developer and user experiences. • Establish technical best practices, mentor peers, and help raise the overall engineering bar across the team. • Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging blockchain technologies to address critical challenges and drive innovation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years working on large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed systems. • Strong programming skills in Golang (preferred); exposure to TypeScript/Node.js is a plus. • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, KMS, SQS, Lambda); experience with other cloud environments is a bonus. • Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 technologies is preferred, but a strong motivation to learn and grow in this space is equally valued. • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
