• SafetyNow (eLearning & LMS)
• SafetyNow ILT (Instructor-Led Training Kits)
• OHS Insider (Canadian OHS compliance)
• HR Insider (Canadian HR compliance)
Our clients include safety managers, HR leaders, business owners, insurance partners, and enterprise organizations.
We are scaling — and we need closers.
What You’ll Do
• Generate and close new business through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
• Maintain high daily call volume — phone is a primary tool, not email
• Run discovery calls and demos with HR and safety decision-makers
• Drive urgency and control the sales process
• Move deals forward consistently and confidently
• Manage pipeline with discipline and transparency
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership to accelerate revenue

• High activity levels (calls, demos, proposals)
• Shortened sales cycles
• Strong close rates
• Consistent quota attainment
• Competitive drive visible in daily behavior
