Summary:

The Digital Sr. Associate Manager for Walmart and Club is directly responsible for developing and growing Walmart and Sam's Club within the Online channel by closely collaborating with internal and external cross-functional partners. Responsible of managing organic and paid search and overall digital strategy to build integrated 360 omni plans working closely with shopper marketing team, sales and merchants. The role plans and executes all tactics directed to maximizing the performance of the company's Omni strategy specifically for online at Walmart and Sam's Club.

The Digital Sr. Associate Manager for Walmart and Club is also responsible for developing best-in-class industry, competitive landscape, and market trend knowledge and layer it with account-specific insights to capture and generate demand opportunities.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage paid search strategy for Walmart and Club working with media agency and utilizing data to optimize plans and drive strategy.
• Works closely with EVD and Seasons Omni leads to integrate paid media as part of overall 360 support.
• Establishes business reporting and KPIs to ensure progress against objectives and communicates performance back to the organization.
• Responsible for organic search strategy for Walmart and Club working closely with sales team to determine best digital shelf by category and keyword
• Builds integrated plans where organic plays a critical role to improve ROI and overall business performance.
• Works on putting together pinning and boosting recommendations for Walmart site merch team
• Responsible for overall digital strategy. Uses available data & insights to provide sound digital shelf merchandising and product optimization recommendations for Everyday and Seasons as a part of broader Omni strategy for retailers.
• Seeks opportunities on Walmart.com and club.com that will drive the .com business such as merchandising, cross-selling, test & learn.
• Media budget management

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
• Knowledge of SEO, Digital merchandising and Paid Search preferred.
• Experience working with Walmart.com and club.com preferred
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to translate insights into sound digital shelf merchandising / paid search / content and product optimization recommendations.
• Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
• Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships.
• Aptitude for problem solving/quick learning
• Positive attitude and high level of energy

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: BA/BS in business, marketing or comparable field degree; MBA or equivalent preferred but not required

Experience:3 years of experience managing a digital/eCommerce business - CPG background preferred
