Senior Associate Global Business Architecture Consulting (Hotel PMS Projects)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain project plans for increased transparency across projects
• Identify project risks and issues, build mitigation plans, and manage leadership escalations accordingly
• Lead daily project activities and support project workstreams with their deliverables
• Facilitate regular project calls with technology, business, and vendor workstreams to convey project vision, communicate priorities, and drive overall progress
• Collaborate with regional teams in preparation for the implementation of PEP in new countries
• Conduct cross-functional deep-dive sessions to define requirements, identify solutions, and resolve problems
Requirements
• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of professional work experience in Hospitality or Travel
• Two (2) years of project management experience
• Experience with Jira and Confluence including documenting requirements, creating dashboards, and executing queries
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Experience working with a multinational company
