The Analytics team partners with business leaders to deliver analytical recommendations via analytics capabilities to aid in the decision-making process. We help illuminate areas of opportunities with data analytics and deep partnership with leadership to drive incremental value across Tribute Technology. This team works on a wide variety of compelling high impact projects that spans sales, operations, customer analytics, marketing, finance, and more. As a member of the Analytics team, you will be a part of a group of highly skilled analytics professionals, with a passion for data and insights. The Senior Associate, Analytics & Strategy Analytics Engineer will be a senior member of the Analytics team that will own the development of high-profile analytics capabilities. This individual has a strong ability to formulate strategic solutions leveraging data programming languages and visualization tools. You will take complex challenges and develop actionable insights that will produce tangible benefits. You will have the exposure and opportunity to partner closely with various business teams to formulate and execute business strategies that align with Tribute Technologies priorities. The Senior Associate, Analytics & Strategy Analytics Engineer will serve as a team ambassador and advisor. This role will work with the Analytics team and business executives to deliver on cross department initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with business leaders to define and build data pipelines and analytics applications designed to drive strategies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their goals, structure complex pipelines, and deliver clear, actionable insights. • Lead the implementation of strategic insights-working across business units to ensure real-world impact. • Build and maintain advanced data pipelines using cutting-edge analytics tools. • Write complex SQL queries and use Python/R to surface key patterns. • Create intuitive, compelling capabilities that support decision-making at the highest levels. • Present insights and business cases to senior executives in a crisp, professional manner. • Serve as a subject matter expert on datasets and mentor team members in advanced analytics tools and best practices. • Act as a organizational liaison to align efforts and share knowledge. Skills & Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related fields, with 1-2 years in a team leadership or technical lead role. • Advanced SQL and Python skills; DBT experience is a plus • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and modern cloud analytics environments • Deep experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions. • Strong expertise in UI • Proven ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to drive strategic recommendations • Experience applying GenAI tools/techniques in analytical workflows • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills-comfortable presenting to senior leadership • Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field preferred • Experience working in cross-functional teams • Strong business acumen with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes BENEFITS: • Competitive salary • Great benefits package (Retirement savings plan, health, vision, dental, PTO, Paid Holidays...) • Outstanding collaborative work environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position #LI-remote Qualifications
