Our team of talented creatives works closely with Disney's marketing and operations teams to develop innovative advertising campaigns, brand experiences, and digital content that bring the Disney magic to life. As a Senior Art Director with Yellow Shoes, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and innovation. Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned Senior Art Director with a proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns that drive results. As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision for 360 advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and print. You will work closely with our Group Creative Director, Copywriters, Designers, and Strategists to develop innovative campaign concepts that exceed client expectations and drive business results. Key Responsibilities Craft Innovative Content: Develop compelling, creative content for all digital and social channels associated with Disney Parks and Resorts, including mentoring junior creatives. Problem-Solving and Creative Thinking: Show your problem-solving skills and creative thinking for a range of advertising mediums, including digital, social, print, and experiential. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Copywriters, Designers, and Strategists to deliver compelling, 360 campaign concepts that exceed client expectations. Client Feedback and Presentation: Interpret creative briefs and act upon client feedback while keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines. Deliver polished and well-designed creative elements for internal and external presentations. Creative Direction and Leadership: Give direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and other vendors as they relate to the creative output. Construct a cohesive creative presentation and have an overall comfort level with internal client presentations. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Developing 360 advertising campaigns in an agency setting or related experience. Outstanding Presentation Skills: Confidence and passion when sharing ideas internally. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other creative software. Time Management Skills: Ability to balance multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet deadlines. Strong Eye for Design: Typography, photography, and a type A-level attention to detail. Knowledge of Disney: Genuine curiosity about the Walt Disney Company's history, including films, animation, television, and theme parks. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In an agency setting or related experience. Experience in After Effects, 3D, and Editing Software: A bonus for this role.
