Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and technical strategy for large-scale, complex App Innovation engagements on Azure. • Own solution definition across pre-sales and delivery, guiding client stakeholders and internal teams from concept through execution. • Drive the development and adoption of reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices across multiple projects. • Mentor delivery architects, fostering a culture of delivery excellence and technical rigor. • Lead solution design reviews and provide oversight to ensure alignment with architectural standards and client goals. • Partner with account teams to shape pursuit strategies, contribute to proposals, and influence client buying decisions. • Actively identify patterns across engagements to inform IP development, tooling enhancements, and delivery optimization. Requirements • Experience designing and delivering modern application solutions in a professional services or consulting environment. • Proven leadership of technical teams and ownership of architecture on enterprise engagements. • Demonstrated experience with pre-sales support, pursuit development, and proposal creation. • Recognized for mentoring, thought leadership, and technical influence within a practice or team. • Strong ability to balance innovation with execution risk, adapting architecture for scalability and client readiness. • Holds Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification; other relevant Azure credentials are a plus. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
