What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform security architecture design reviews and threat modeling of products (cloud and on-prem)
- Define security requirements and conduct application security assessments
- Provide developers with remediation guidance and best practices for secure coding
- Improve security accessibility through automation and continuous integration pipelines
- Serve as the technical point of contact for product teams regarding automation and remediation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required in STEM or Computer Science
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, or related fields
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and CWE 25
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on secure solutions and communicate risks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Certified in CEH, GSEC, CISM, CompTIA Security +, CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CASP+, or OSCP
- 6 years of experience in relevant fields, including application penetration testing
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile development processes
- Experience with multiple programming languages and implementing Secure SDLC frameworks
