As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our app, leveraging your expertise in PagerDuty administration, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and Datadog.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert application support and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems
Update and optimize technical account configurations for maximum efficiency
Implement automation for incident management, user, team, and escalation policy configurations
Set up team integrations for on-call notifications in Slack and/or email
Ensure alignment of services and tags with organizational goals
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Application Support
Expert knowledge and experience in PagerDuty administration
Ability to troubleshoot in distributed systems
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Datadog
Experience in setting up team integrations for on-call notifications in Slack and/or email
Experience in automation for incident management, user, team, and escalation policy configurations
B2 English level
