JOB SUMMARY This is a customer facing position reporting directly to the EVP, Micro Verticals and Alliances . As a Senior Applications consultant you ll have the opportunity to use and expand the skills developed through your education and professional experience. You ll work in dynamic teams with other high-energy professionals to help our customers transform their businesses. You should have a passion for manufacturing, accounting, and an interest in solving real business problems. You will have direct responsibility for supporting our customers business needs that include, but are not limited to software implementation, training and/or optimization of Syteline. In this position, you will work with our customers to help improve key performance measurements while making recommendations on products, services, and techniques, as well as helping to identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process improvement and automation to help improve their overall business performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Translate business requirements into solutions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement Syteline and other products. Support and troubleshoot customer issues related to Syteline and other products. Work on multiple projects both internally and externally Plan and execute assigned tasks. Extend engagements where possible. Drive efforts to significantly improve the performance of customers processes. Support company policies and strategic plans Deliver assigned work and achieve your weekly billing goals. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Knowledge and experience with the implementation of ERP is required. ERP knowledge of the quote to cash process is beneficial. Knowledge of financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, etc. Knowledge and experience with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Knowledge and experience providing strategic financial guidance to C-level executives. Familiarity with SQL and SQL Reporting tools is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiency with video conferencing software like Microsoft Team, GoTo Meeting, or Zoom Strong presentation, training, and public speaking skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. S trong organizational skills and ability to multi-task T roubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Influence clients to reach consensus around common goals. Train and provide consultant to client with varying skill sets. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in a controller or similar financial management role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations 1-3 years of direct hands-on experience with Syteline preferred. 2-4 years experience implementing and maintaining software in a manufacturing environment beneficial. Prior consulting experience a plus REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel up to 50-60%, within the USA. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
