Senior API Web Service Developer – Full Remote - Salary in USD
Category: IT Services Location: For an international organization in New York, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE (Senior) Web Service Developer. Candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. Candidates need to be able to work in the normal New York office hours. Example 9AM New York time equals 18:30PM Sri Lanka time. Tasks and deliverables: • Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs. • Be involved in the development life cycle and perform definition and feasibility analysis • Implement, integrate, and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API framework. • Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks. Profile: • Bachelor or University degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in a computing environment with multiple programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js etc.). • Minimum 1 year of experience with Azure Cloud portal. • Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake is required. • Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools is nice to have. • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal) is required.
