Role Overview
We are currently seeking an information-driven, conscientious Analytics Manager to lead our paid media investigation capability. In this critical role, you will be responsible for surfacing data-driven strategic opportunities for our Executive Initiative team, with a particular focus on optimizing our paid media spend globally. You will work collaboratively with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiencies of our paid media investments while developing comprehensive reporting and analyses that frame and drive key business decisions.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned analytics professional to make a significant impact on our organization's marketing ROI. You will be responsible for developing KPIs and scorecards to track progress and performance, ensuring a relentless focus on results and execution. As a key contributor to our strategic decision-making process, you will create and communicate custom reporting and analyses that inform our paid media strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
As the Manager of Analytics at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into competitive advantage. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights in the realm of paid media, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Design and build analytical frameworks, including business intelligence dashboards and data science predictive models, with the ultimate goal of enhancing measurable paid media outcomes and improving marketing efficiencies
Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing departments on implementing sophisticated media mix models that optimize our multi-channel marketing investments
Conduct ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by rapid interpretation of results and the creation of detailed reports and communications that drive actionable recommendations
Function as a trusted partner with marketing, finance, and data product teams to address complex business challenges and track marketing and product performance using a data-driven approach
Leverage technical tools including Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel capabilities to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports that drive business decisions
Analyze data to identify business issues and conduct deep-dive root cause analyses to understand the underlying factors affecting performance metrics
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to utilize internal data sources and external market research to address complex business challenges and deliver meaningful insights that solve real business problems
Conceptualize and execute analysis that generates insights into customer behavior and customer needs, supporting the continued development and improvement of our product and service offerings


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and demonstrated expertise:


Professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting, preferably in an e-commerce environment or related industry setting
Advanced SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and manipulate large data sets effectively
Proficiency in analytical and statistical visualization tools, including at least one of the following: Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI
Mastery of Microsoft Excel with a proven track record of using advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling techniques to drive business insights
Academic background in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or another related quantitative field
