The Opportunity: Drive Strategic Growth Through Data

As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will be the central hub for data and analytics within our Licensed Stores organization. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a robust reporting environment, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and translating those insights into strategic recommendations. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to unlock the full potential of our licensed business.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Environment Leadership: Own and sustain the US Licensed Stores reporting environment, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract, cleanse, and analyze data from diverse databases using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Metric & KPI Development: Collaborate with business partners to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic objectives.
Business & Technical Bridge: Serve as a critical link between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into data solutions and providing clear, actionable insights.
Dashboard Management: Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of interactive dashboards using Tableau, ensuring they are user-friendly and provide valuable insights.
Change Management & Support: Manage the implementation of new and updated dashboards, providing training and ongoing support to end-users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various business units and external stakeholders to provide analytical support and data expertise.
Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to ensure the timely and successful delivery of analytics projects.


What We're Looking For:

Tableau Expertise: 5+ years of advanced Tableau development experience, demonstrating proficiency in creating impactful and interactive visualizations.
SQL Proficiency: 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
SmartSheet Experience: 3+ years of experience leveraging Smartsheet for project management and data tracking.
Alteryx/Databricks (Preferred): Experience with Alteryx or Databricks is a strong plus.
Project Management Skills: Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adaptability & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
Teamwork & Influence: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Vacation Time: Vacation accrual varies by state. For roles below director, vacation time accrues up to a maximum of 120 hours annually (190 hours in California). For roles at director or above, vacation time accrues up to a maximum of 200 hours annually.

Compensation: The actual base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Starbucks is committed to fair and competitive compensation practices.

Flexible Work Environment: If you reside in the greater Seattle area, you may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, allowing for up to two days of remote work per week.
