Senior Analyst - Total Search - SEM
About the position The Total Search Senior Analyst at CVS Health is responsible for managing and optimizing search marketing strategies to drive business results across various channels, including retail sales, prescriptions, and health services. This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to enhance search performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SEM programs. The analyst will act as a strategic advisor, utilizing advanced analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and develop business cases for increased investment in search initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations within the Search Center of Excellence. • Leverage data and analytics to drive retail results such as incremental sales and health service adoption. • Orchestrate large-scale SEM programs and optimize them using rigorous analytics. • Collaborate with SEO teams to evaluate and enhance search marketing strategies. • Develop hypotheses based on data trends and design tests to unlock new growth areas. • Create business cases to support increased investment in search channels. • Work with Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and Ecommerce teams to pursue digital growth initiatives. Requirements • 2-3 years of paid search experience with a focus on results-oriented programs. • 1 year of Retail/Ecomm experience with a proven track record in Shopping campaigns. • Strong understanding of search engine performance technologies and analytics platforms (Google, Adobe). • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Nice-to-haves • Track record of developing innovative data-driven search strategies. • Advanced knowledge of SEM tools and experience with Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Adobe. • Experience using data to measure impact and optimize search performance. • Understanding of automation and privacy regulations in search marketing. • Experience collaborating with SEO and Product teams for holistic search strategies.
