What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contribute methodological expertise across a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research approaches
Execute or manage complex research and evaluation tasks for federal clients, including data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and resolve challenges
Support business development activities, including proposal writing and development
Develop and disseminate project deliverables and findings through various mediums
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience, Master's degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD
Demonstrated technical expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a team environment
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in research approaches
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with business development and proposal or grant writing
Knowledge of relevant statistical and qualitative software packages (e.g., SAS, Stata, R, NVivo, Tableau, ArcGIS)
Aptitude for mentoring less-experienced staff and managing multidisciplinary teams
