Senior Analyst, Reporting Strategy

Description:
• The Senior Analyst, Reporting & Strategy will apply expertise in data analysis and analytical tools to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations
• This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights
• A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations
• This colleague can proactively find tedious tasks and build tools that reduce overall complexity and time consumption for their fellow peers
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization
• Proactively Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes
• Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects to generate evidence-based insights
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts
• Capable of modifying file delimiters and file extensions
• Knowledge and ability to actively begin writing, updating, and maintaining VBA code, including ETL scripts
• 3-5 years experience analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data
• 3-5 years experience using (Proficient-level): Access, Excel, and PowerBI
