About the Role
As a Senior Analyst Program Management, you will play a critical role in driving clinical arrangements and cross-functional initiatives that enhance our care model and delivery systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and cross-functional colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in project management, process improvement, and analytical skills will be essential in delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage work plans to deliver project and program initiatives, including required analysis, gap identification, and resolution, reporting, and presentation materials
Create and communicate requirements to support business needs and client acceptance testing
Request and evaluate internal and external client feedback to drive continuous quality improvement
Develop communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress and timelines
Provide thought leadership to support business direction and convey project work to leaders
Participate in and manage innovation initiatives, driving engagement from key stakeholders using a disciplined and repeatable project methodology
Coordinate communication, training, and workflow updates required for process and system changes
Conduct impact analysis of system changes to business operations and monitor and report on performance relative to newly implemented processes or technology
Conduct research related to business issues and aid in the development of workarounds and communications of identified issues
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience with process and system development, including intake management, design, development, impact analysis, and Client Acceptance Testing
Knowledge of Federal healthcare/Medicaid programs and policies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBase
Experience working across medium-sized cross-functional initiatives with a moderate level of complexity
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work remotely and lead virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
PMP certification
Knowledge of internal systems, such as ATV, MedCompass, Dynamo, or Salesforce
Systems knowledge and experience with multiple platforms
