We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst, Payments to join our Corporate Controllership team (CCT) on a remote basis. As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, resolving complex financial discrepancies, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that propel our organization forward. Our Corporate Controllership team serves as a trusted partner to various business units, providing expert financial guidance and support. As a Senior Analyst, Payments, you'll be an integral part of this team, focusing on the procure-to-pay (P2P) tower and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities Collaboration and Problem-Solving (5%): Leverage your experience to develop and recommend solutions to complex financial problems. Foster trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams. Gather input and feedback from stakeholders to inform business needs and technical requirements. Operational Duties (75%): Execute tasks related to the delivery of the P2P tower, ensuring seamless financial operations. Coordinate with other teams to provide or receive information as needed. Interpret data from reports and ledgers to inform analysis and recommendations. Provide advice and insights to enhance efficiency and improve tasks. Support junior analysts and resolve issues related to your job function. Execute month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Monitor and work towards meeting KPIs and SLAs defined for the area. Project Management and Team Support (15%): Collaborate with project teams and business partners to achieve project goals. Prioritize assignments and ensure the quality and accuracy of your work. Skill Building and Professional Development (5%): Stay abreast of key developments and trends in finance, including analytics, intelligent automation, and robotics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial shared services processes and tools. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs. Thorough understanding of accounting and finance principles, statistical methodology, and generally accepted accounting principles. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities. Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
