Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Analytics - Pharma Media

We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.What you’ll do:We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst (Omnichannel Analytics) to help us build and scale our business intelligence practice through advanced analytics, insights, and attribution modeling. We are looking for someone with hands-on-keyboard experience crafting analyses that answer client’s key business questions. This position will be client facing, with the opportunity to speak to ongoing deliverables and work with cross-functional teams. You will get to use a new set of data partners to seamlessly integrate data flowing from partners into Tableau dashboards and ultimately reports.Your Responsibilities:Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysisExperience creating, managing and delivering on time-based analysis for campaigns (weekly, monthly quarterly, annual reporting)Knowledge of predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sourcesExperience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, and/or data miningExperience analyzing structured data sourcesTechnical Experience:Experience with the development of algorithms leveraging SQL, R or PythonExperience working with relational databasesExperience with visualization tools/packages such as TableauExperience with reporting in media tools like Google Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience ManagerExperience working with Snowflake Experience with agile tools and methodologiesYour experience:Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in business intelligence/advanced analytics/data analytics working closely with dataPharmaceutical marketing experience Experience building reports in Google Slides or Microsoft Powerpoint for presentations to senior clients externally or to senior internal stakeholdersExperience with creating dashboards Formal training/education in quantitative/data analysisKnowledge of agile principles/project managementUnderstanding of visual information design principlesUnderstanding of causal inferenceBenefits:Remote-first team environmentCoverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependentsDisability insurance plan Matching 401K Parental leave Other fun health & wellness perksSpring & Bond is an equal opportunity employer.
