Senior Analyst, Legal Operations - Leading PE Firm
Overview We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Legal Operations to join one of the world’s leading global investment platforms and support their capital markets legal function. Company / Team / Position Highlights • One of the most respected and recognizable alternative investment firms in the world, with a global footprint and decades of outperformance • Fast-paced, collaborative legal department supporting private equity, credit, public equity, real estate, venture capital, and capital markets teams • Highly visible role with cross-functional exposure and direct interaction with senior leadership, internal business units, and external counsel • A culture built on intellectual rigor, professional development, and internal mobility: real opportunity to build your brand and grow within the organization Key Responsibilities • Manage and analyze $150M+ in external legal spend, preparing monthly reporting for senior management and investment teams • Serve as the primary liaison to external law firms for budgetary reporting and invoicing matters • Support the preparation, tracking, and filing of SEC and other regulatory securities filings • Assist with negotiating and reviewing Confidentiality Agreements, Engagement Letters, and other legal documentation • Partner with internal teams across the global platform to ensure accurate reporting, strong communication, and timely execution • Drive process improvements across legal operations and support ad-hoc legal projects Qualifications • Relevant experience at a major law firm or in-house at an investment or financial services organization • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting and presenting large data sets in Excel • Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically across internal teams and external counsel • Knowledge of basic financial instruments; prior SimpleLegal experience is a plus Origin Staffing is a specialized recruiting firm delivering high-impact direct-hire solutions across Accounting, Finance, Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Business Transformation.
