We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our IX Strategy team, where you will play a key role in shaping and executing Home Depot's Online strategy. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the development and maintenance of operational processes and frameworks that drive strategic planning and align key stakeholders through effective collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic and operational planning processes, including building models, performing business analysis, and benchmarking studies (50%)
Analyze business problems, structure issues, and perform analyses to develop solutions, presenting findings to stakeholders and implementing changes (40%)
Conduct research on key competitors and market trends, owning regular reporting on data sources and providing insights to inform business decisions (10%)

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (minimum)
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Strong technical abilities, including model building, data analysis, and problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate complexity to make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
