The Impact You'll Make in This Role
As a Senior Analyst – IT CRM – Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to harness your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse individuals around the globe. Here, you will make a meaningful impact by:

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to deeply understand their requirements, objectives, and pain points, ensuring CRM solutions align with organizational goals
Requirements Translation: Expertly translate complex business needs into clear, actionable CRM functional specifications that drive measurable results
Technical Leadership: Partner with technical teams to design, configure, and optimize the CRM platform for maximum performance and user adoption
Project Management: Lead and support backlog prioritization and drive scope management to deliver projects on time and within budget
Continuous Improvement: Manage the run enhancement lifecycle, continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation
Change Management: Partner with the business to drive customer adoption through effective training, communication, and ongoing support


Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, arenaflex requires the following minimum qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified before start) from an accredited university
Experience: Seven (7) years of CRM Sales platform experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms


Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed
While not required, the following skills and experiences would further enhance your effectiveness in this role:

Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are highly preferred
Technical Architecture: Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and customization, including custom objects, flows, and Lightning components
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM best practices and business processes, particularly in sales and marketing domains
Integration Experience: Experience with data management and integration concepts, including API integrations and data migration projects
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized with an unwavering focus on quality and accuracy
Positive Attitude: A good sense of humor and collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic work environment
