If you are ready to take the next step in your career and play a pivotal role in driving healthcare innovation, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Creates and executes comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modelling activitiesDesigns, develops and implements an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivityCommunicates the unique attributes of the therapeutic area drugs/medical devices to external multi-stakeholders to ensure the drug's/device's value proposition will be recognized and maximize market uptakeWorks collectively with payers, including HTA, reimbursement influencers and other decision makers to ensure the continuous changing reimbursement systems remain fair to all involved partiesDevelops strategic studies with the end-customer in mind to ensure that the results will favourably impact pricing, reimbursement and market access as well as market uptakeConducts quantitative and qualitative pricing researchWorks with Health Economics/Outcomes Research to design pricing strategyRequired Knowledge and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no prior experienceKnowledge of the development, application and review of health economic modelsExperience in the development of value propositionsGood knowledge of the reimbursement systems across Western EuropeAbility to work independently and part of a wider multi-functional teamAbility to negotiate and influence across functions, businesses and systemsAbility to travel when needed for up to 20% of working timeExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work across cultures, strong project management skills, results orientation, quality orientation Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
