About the Role As a Senior Analyst - Global Investment Capabilities, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Marketing team by enabling the evolution of our Investment Management processes. You will be responsible for A&P budget management and tracking, collaborating closely with our Global Supply Management (GSM) partners. Additionally, you will spearhead the design and testing of investment optimization capabilities, driving the business towards state-of-the-art solutions. Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise: Function as a subject matter expert for A&P Budget Management and Tracking, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the marketing organization and finance. Relationship Building: Develop and own relationships with key partners in Finance and GSM, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Customer Experience: Focus on understanding the needs of marketers and other key partners to ensure a great customer experience. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with a broad set of IO stakeholders and the Finance Capability Development team to deliver against core needs and identify data opportunities. Prioritization: Participate in meetings with the internal capabilities production team to drive prioritization. Training and Development: Craft detailed and engaging training materials regarding new or enhanced IO Management capabilities for GCS Marketing. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform system testing, parallel run testing, and any other testing required to ensure the build meets the pre-aligned requirements prior to deployment. Process Efficiencies: Lead ad hoc projects to drive process efficiencies and improve investment management capabilities. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Collaboration and Influence: Initiative-taking individual with excellent collaboration and influence management skills. Communication and Presentation: Effective communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify and translate complex business processes to business partners. Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience with marketing measurement plans and metrics. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to excellence. Process Orientation: Enthusiastic, process-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver on ad-hoc business projects while adhering to strict deadlines. Teamwork: Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively on a collaborative team. Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: IBM Planning & Analytics: Knowledge of IBM Planning & Analytics tool (TM1) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
