Senior Analyst, Financial Operations – Rebate Research

Job Description: • Analyzes Commercial and Medicare formularies to determine client eligibility for manufacturer rebate contracts • Gathers documentation, reviews contract language and provides feedback • Evaluates new and varied situations dealing with plan design, formulary listing, contract interpretation, and trade negotiation • Conducts ad hoc research to support forecasting and underwriting processes • Investigates manufacturer disputes, supporting client and manufacturer audits • Collaborates with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes • Adheres to quality control procedures to ensure timely and accurate research results are published monthly for all formularies and drugs Requirements: • 1+ years of experience with formularies and rebate contracts • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and to appropriately pivot priorities based on business needs • Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional tasks to support the department • Preferred: Formulary and/or rebate knowledge • Preferred: Contract interpretation experience • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts • Preferred: Advanced understanding of CVS Caremark Benefit Design and Formulary • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coaching • Benefit solutions that address the different needs and preferences of our colleagues including paid time off, flexible work schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, colleague assistance programs, tuition assistance, retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibility Apply tot his job
