We're looking for a talented Senior Analyst - Data Reporting and Analysis to join our Concession Connectivity team in the Global Payment Solutions & Operations group. About the Role As a Senior Analyst - Data Reporting and Analysis, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support our Concession programs. You'll oversee and transform data into actionable insights that will lead to informed business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization will help drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support Concession programs Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges Create and support visualizations of complex data for strategic reporting and analytics Provide analytic insights and review all Concession data points Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets Write advanced SQL queries from multiple sources to identify/quantify opportunities or address specific questions Provide support and act as a subject matter expert for all SQL and scripting issues Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst - Data Reporting and Analysis with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. You should have: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science) Four or more years of work experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization Ability to write SQL queries and scripts using relational databases like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or Big Query Experience with data modeling techniques and data warehousing Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities Experience with dashboard creation using Tableau/QLIK Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Experience developing general reporting, KPIs, metrics, and attributes Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience managing time-bound project deliverables for multiple stakeholders Knowledge of ETL process and reporting tools Experience with automation and reporting products (Talend, KNIME, UI Path, etc.) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Verizon, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
