What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily support related to the tracking and analysis of prioritized fraud threats against the employer
- Collaborate with analysts, investigators, and engineers to identify and analyze fraud threat activity
- Participate in monthly and ad-hoc rollups of fraud portfolios to inform stakeholders of observed trends
- Identify areas for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to automate workflows
- Conduct deep web investigations and analyze various information sources to mitigate fraud risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree focused in cybersecurity and/or computer science, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in threat intelligence, particularly in fraud-focused analysis
- Knowledge of common fraud tactics, the intelligence cycle, and analysis methodologies
- Experience with digital investigation, data management, and scripting utilities
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in deep web investigations or fraud-focused analysis, response, or mitigation
- Demonstrated analytical expertise and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and influence across multiple teams
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with various types of digital investigation techniques
