The Senior Analyst will gather, analyze, and synthesize industry, market, competitor, and prospective acquisition target information to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders that will ultimately drive strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions, including go / no-go decisions around prospective acquisitions.This position represents a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, healthcare technology SaaS company and on a highly active and acquisitive Corporate Development team. This position will report to the VP, Corporate Development. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate prospective M&A targets on both a quantitative (financial) and qualitative basisDevelop and maintain market maps to inform outbound deal sourcing activityMaintain and update the team’s deal tracker, M&A precedents database, and SaaS benchmarksManage live processes, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and diligence trackersFacilitate and conduct primary research to support diligence and thematic deep-divesWork closely with Corporate Strategy team and other stakeholders to align the M&A funnel to strategic prioritiesSupport the development of “client-ready” presentations and financial modelsCommunicate key analytical insights and decisions to stakeholders and senior leaders Your Key Strengths: Experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment BankingStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, including Excel proficiency and knowledge of financial terms and accounting practicesStrong knowledge of secondary research and competitive intelligence methodologies and techniquesAbility to distill information into a clear, concise, and compelling story that enables stakeholders to make more informed decisionsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyCollege/University B.A. or B.S. required Bonus Skills: Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated capacity to perform in a fast-paced work environment AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The US base salary rangefor this position is $99,600 - $107,100 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all USlocations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
