• Manage and mentor Marketing Analysts, building their skills in data analysis, bid optimization, and testing frameworks. Develop training systems, SOPs, and QA processes to ensure consistent performance.
• Partner closely with Seller Operations Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to align advertising with listing optimization, pricing, and creative updates. Co-lead monthly joint planning sessions to set shared goals and strategies.
• Build quarterly growth plans for each account in collaboration with Seller Ops. Define month-to-month tactical initiatives to achieve sales and TACoS goals.
• Establish frameworks for A/B testing and keyword ranking initiatives. Drive continuous optimization across ad structures, budgets, and targeting based on data insights.
• Use tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Search Query Performance, and keyword tracking software (Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose new strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand ad impact through creative campaigns, keyword strategies, or price/promotion collaboration with Seller Ops.

Requirements
• 5+ years of Amazon PPC experience or equivalent paid media/Google Ads background with strong analytical skills.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills to optimize campaigns and interpret performance metrics.
• Proven ability to optimize client campaigns for efficiency, driving measurable improvements in performance and KPIs.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or performance marketing context, demonstrating the ability to lead strategic discussions, communicate insights clearly, and build trusted relationships with brand stakeholders.
• 4+ years of total media buying experience, including at least 2 years focused on Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display required; DSP and AMC familiarity a plus).
• Exposure to multiple product categories (e.g., beauty, home, food, electronics, and baby) with proven success across diverse brands and budgets (Managing a portfolio of $100K–$200K monthly).
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts.
• Proven ability to delegate, coach, and scale others’ performance.
• Strong grasp of Amazon advertising mechanics, ranking strategies, and how advertising integrates with pricing, listings, and operations.
• Advanced comfort with data interpretation, trend spotting, and performance storytelling. Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, XNurta, Data Dive, or similar.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and keyword ranking strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Skilled at explaining complex advertising concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
• Adaptable, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment where processes evolve and initiative is expected.
